The best experience I could have asked for when purchasing my first boat! The entire team at the Northshore office was fantastic, Jacob was so helpful with answering my many questions and Eric and the service team did such a great job prepping my boat for delivery, from polishing and cleaning to installing my chart plotter everything was spot on and Raymond was great with processing the purchase paperwork and registration. I can't thank them enough for making me feel so comfortable with this first time purchase!

I hate to be that person, but I have walked into this store multiple times and got the same result every time. Figured the first time I was just dealing with a lazy salesman but now I realize it's the entire store. I've walked in multiple times, walked around the entire store for atleast 5-10 minutes. Not one person acknowledged me or asked if I needed help. When I finally did get someone to help me by looking for a salesman, I tried buying 3 brand new four wheelers and I wanted to trade in my brand new ranger 570(bought out of MS) for something different the salesman told me I couldn't use my credit card to pay for the four wheelers. That I could only pay half and then finance the rest through them. My credit card I was using had a better interest rate than they could give me. So they lost out on a $15,000 sale and a chance to take my brand new ranger with less than 15 hours on it as a trade in for a can am Maverick I was looking at. That one I was gonna finance through them or my bank depending on the better deal. So I had to leave my backyard and drive all the way to MS to be able to purchase what I wanted. Tried to keep business local but unfortunately nobody in there wanted to acknowledge or help me.
Came here last week and I had to make sure I had to return
I brought my son a kayo 70 and now I’m back buying my daughter the same bike and also my self a kayo TT 125 dirt bike and also my partner 150 Kayo 4 wheeler

6 months ago my husband brought his motorcycle in to have some tires replaced. Upon picking up the bike he realized the rims were severely scratched. Contacted the service manager, Stephanie. She said they would correct their mistake and order new rims. He called often to check if the rims came in and after 6 months they finally received them. 3 weeks ago he made the appointment for March 8th to have the tires swapped onto the new rims. At that time Stephanie guaranteed the bike would be ready THE SAME DAY. Mind you, we live 45 minutes away, and he made her aware that this is his only day off during their business hours. March 8th at 9am he brings the bike in at 9:30 am and she says she can’t have it completed that day because someone called in. Knowing he had an appointment and needed same day service she should’ve called to make us aware but she said, “we are only human”. He told her that he would pick the bike up that afternoon if they couldn’t get to it. Stephanie then calls back later that day says they forgot to order a part they needed to change the rims and that the job would would be completed the following day, March 9th. She said we can deliver the bike to you when it’s ready. Well, the day comes and sure enough she calls and said she couldn’t have it delivered on March 9th due to rain (understandable) but she would have it delivered on the 10th. Here we are on the 10th and she’s dodging his calls leaving him on hold for long periods of time so I call up myself.
I asked to speak to the service manager, she picks up and I politely asked around what time would the bike be delivered and this woman cuts me off mid sentence and DENIES EVER SAYING SHE’D HAVE IT DELIVERED. The call was on speaker phone so I heard her say it myself. As I’m trying to reason with her she continues to cut me off saying she’s bent over backwards in this situation, as if she’s doing us some favor. Please. Ma’am you’re replacing something your company damaged, that’s not bending over backwards that’s the bare minimum. YOU OFFERED to have the bike delivered because you couldn’t for fill your end of the deal, when we were going to pick it up if you couldn’t complete it on the 8th. Once again using her famous phrase, “we are only human”. Yes, YOU are only human but you’re operating in a business platform. She hung up on me and called my husband, finally, to say that we can deal with the general manager. We’ve tried that more than once to be told said person is busy or would call back and of course doesn’t. He then asked for a refund on the tire service we paid for and she said she won’t be doing that and hung up on him.
Long story short, the business you’re conducting Stephanie is subpar. Your disrespectful tone when speaking with a customer is ridiculous and uncalled for. Not that it matters because all customers should be treated fairly and with respect but we’ve spent too much money here from large purchases such as jet skis and trailers to small simple jobs like changing motorcycle tires. TRUST me when I say I’ll NEVER spend another penny or send another customer your way again.
I beg any prospective customer to use caution when doing business with these people. Better yet take your business elsewhere. I’ve heard great things about Hall’s Motor Sports in New Orleans.
